These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the platAiq platform provided by platAiq Ltd. ("platAiq", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed. You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business you register.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service. This includes not attempting to gain unauthorized access, not interfering with the service's operation, not using it for unlawful purposes, and not uploading content that infringes the rights of others.
Subscriptions and billing
- Paid plans are billed on the cycle you select (monthly or yearly). Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise.
- Your free trial does not require payment information. You will only be charged if you choose a paid plan after the trial.
- You may change or cancel your plan at any time; changes take effect according to your billing cycle.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Your data and ownership
You retain ownership of the business data you enter into platAiq. You grant us a limited licence to process and store that data solely to provide the service. You can export your data and request deletion of your account as described in our Privacy Policy.
Service availability
We work to keep platAiq available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. platAiq is a tool to assist your business operations; it does not constitute accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your records and for your compliance obligations.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, platAiq Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may stop using platAiq at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the platform.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
